Masu International Products is a leading manufacturer, exporter and supplier of high quality automobile parts. Located in Delhi, our company has a long standing experience in manufacturing automobile parts since 1968.

Masu manufactures and exports automotive parts right from Forged machined components to a variety of Rubber components for a wide range of cars and trucks. Forged & Machined Auto Parts
We are catering to the demand for forged components through high caliber products for clients all over the world. We use state-of-the-art technology, advanced equipments and stringent process controls during manufacturing of these products. Our main focus is on total customer satisfaction and confidence build up. We have the capability to manufacture even highly complex forgings weighing upto 15 Kg. a piece. Our production capacity is more than 300 tons a month.

The Tool Room
The tool room is equipped with high precision hardware to translate blueprints into flawless dies. Accurate templates, jigs & fixtures all contribute towards this end. The Die Shop also has a separate quality control system in operation.

The Forge Shop
Our forge shop is equipped with trimming presses, scale blowing equipment and die lubricating systems. Our electric and oil-fired furnaces, salt bath and other facilities comparing with the best available in India. It is no surprise that our rejection rates are one of the lowest in the industry.

Machining
Our machine shop is very sophisticated and can boast of advanced statistical techniques for each individual component. These techniques match the complexity and dimensional accuracy required in each case.
